We take photos and video at the ranch: goat yoga classes, birthday parties, adoption days, school visits. Signing this once lets us share those images. Read it, fill it in, and submit. We keep a copy of every signed release.
I grant Reckless Love Ranch, a California nonprofit organization, and anyone it authorizes, permission to photograph and record me (and any minor named below in my care), and to use, reproduce, publish, and display those photographs, video, audio recordings, and my likeness and first name.
These materials may be used for the ranch's website, social media accounts, newsletters, printed materials, grant applications, donor reports, press, and fundraising. They will not be sold or licensed to a third party for that party's own advertising.
I understand this permission is given without payment or other compensation, that it has no expiration date, and that once material is published it may not be possible to recall copies already distributed. I release Reckless Love Ranch from any claim arising out of the use described above, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
I may withdraw this permission at any time going forward by emailing info@recklessloveranch.org. The ranch will stop using the material in new places and will remove it from channels it controls where that is reasonably possible.
I am 18 or older, or I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below and I am signing on their behalf. I have read this release and I understand it.
